FABRIC CARE

We advise that you pre-wash your fabrics prior to sewing with them as fabrics often shrink after washing.

We advise washing your fabrics at 30 degrees or lower and not to tumble dry.​

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We do not accept refunds on cut fabric, ribbons and trims unless found to be damaged during shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days.

The customer will pay for any shipping costs on return. We suggest you get a proof of postage receipt.

SHIPPING INFO

We use Royal Mail Second Class for our UK orders and charge £3.00 delivery. Orders over £40.00 receive free delivery. We aim to process and send all orders within 3 days.

European orders are charged £15.00 delivery. Delivery takes approximately 8-10 working days. These are sent via a tracked service.

International orders excluding Europe are charged £18.00 delivery . Delivery takes approximately 12-14 working days. These are sent via a tracked service.
